Returns And Refunds
We offer a 100% risk free money back guarantee within 10 days of receiving your purchase. Your product must not be used and in its original packaging to be eligible for a full refund. You must also provide proof that the product is in its original packaging and has not been used to be eligible. Purchased items must be returned to us before you receive your refund. Replacements
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You must clearly prove that the item is ineffective or damaged through photo or video and send it to us in order to receive a replacement. We do not accept refunds or do replacements for accidental damage on the customer’s end. If your product was received damaged or ineffective, you must file a claim with the shipment carrier.

Damages Or Issues
Mini Room Heater is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to include evidence of such damage. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your claim is accepted, and you provide proof of such acceptance, then you are eligible for a replacement or full refund.
